Built entirely on Bubble.io, this project was a deep dive into API integrations, AI-powered functionalities, and real-time data processing.

The Idea Behind KnowledgeGPT

In today’s data-driven world, businesses and teams generate vast amounts of knowledge daily. However, accessing, retrieving, and making sense of this information efficiently can be challenging. KnowledgeGPT was created to bridge this gap, providing users with a smart and interactive way to work with their content.

The platform allows users to upload, add, and organize their data into folders, ensuring structured knowledge management. But what truly makes KnowledgeGPT stand out is its ability to chat with the data using AI. Instead of manually searching through files or databases, users can simply ask questions, and the AI retrieves relevant insights, creating graphs, summaries, and valuable reports based on their content.

Key Features & Development Process

• Advanced AI Integration: The core of KnowledgeGPT relies on AI to process and analyze user data. I worked extensively with various AI models to enable intelligent searching, contextual understanding, and even graph generation for data visualization.

• Real-Time Chat with Streaming AI: One of the most complex and rewarding features was implementing real-time streaming AI responses. This means users don’t have to wait for a full response to load—the AI generates results live, as they appear, making the interaction smoother and more dynamic.

• Multi-Platform Cloud Synchronization: Users can connect external cloud services such as Google Drive, Gmail, Notion, OneDrive, and more. This feature allows seamless synchronization of data across platforms, ensuring up-to-date knowledge retrieval without manual uploads.

• API Integrations & Automation: The project involved deep API work, integrating multiple third-party services to automate data retrieval and synchronization. This was one of the biggest technical challenges, ensuring that all integrations worked efficiently and securely.

• Intuitive UI/UX: Since users interact with large amounts of data, I focused on building a clean, intuitive user interface with smooth navigation, ensuring that even non-technical users could effortlessly upload, search, and chat with their data.
