The Inventory page in the "Wir sinds" application is designed to efficiently manage and track the extensive inventory of rooms, computers, and accessories owned by the video production company. Here’s a detailed breakdown of its features:
Item Categories: Items are categorized into groups such as computers, speakers, keyboards, and more. This categorization helps in organizing and quickly locating specific types of equipment.
Search Functionality:
Dropdown Menu: Located on the top left, it allows users to filter items by predefined categories. This dropdown enhances navigation by offering quick access to specific types of equipment.
Search Bar: Positioned adjacent to the dropdown, the search bar enables users to type keywords to find particular items swiftly. This feature is useful for locating items not covered by the predefined categories.
Advanced Search Options:
Top Right Section: Users can perform detailed searches based on specific criteria:
Items in Room: Allows filtering by rooms, enabling users to see which items are located in a particular room.
Owner: Displays items owned by a specific user or department, facilitating accountability and resource allocation.
Current Status: Enables filtering by the current operational status of items, such as available, in use, or under maintenance.
Item Details and Customization:
Each item listed in the inventory can have specific details associated with it. For instance:
Hard Drives: Information such as capacity, type (HDD, SSD, Thunderbolt), and other relevant details can be added and viewed.
