Overview

I developed an application called "Wir sinds" using Bubble for a video production company where I was employed. The primary goal was to streamline project management by enabling access to current and past project information from anywhere, addressing the challenge of offline data storage when project managers were frequently on filming assignments.

Key features

  1. Homepage: This serves as the central dashboard displaying essential metrics such as total projects, personnel, and agencies. It also lists the latest buyouts and expiring LTO archives. This real-time information helps project managers quickly identify client needs requiring immediate attention.

  1. Inventory Page: Given the company's extensive inventory of rooms, computers, and accessories, categorization was crucial for efficient retrieval. Each item is assigned to specific rooms, ensuring quick access when needed.

  1. Projects Page: Users can view a comprehensive list of all projects undertaken by the company. Clicking on any project item opens a popup displaying detailed project information, all of which can be edited by authorized project managers.

  1. People Page: This section lists all freelancers who have collaborated with the company, providing relevant contact and profile information. It facilitates efficient management of human resources across projects.

  1. Agencies Page: Similar to the People page, this section catalogues agencies that the company partners with, offering contact details and historical collaboration information.
